• Program of improvements the capacity of research on academic units’ universitaries and their impact on the academic excellence. Association of Specialists of Higher Education. University of Santa Catarina (Brazil), National University of Mar del Plata. National Agency of Scientific and Technological Promotion of Argentina and the Institute of Advanced Studies in Latinamerican and the Caribbean (IESALC-UNESCO). Since 2005.

• New Taxonomic method or original approach, which considers the affinity and similarity of the attributes of the eigenvalues of the character attributes of the objects in a whole region to study, in a given experiment, called operational taxonomic units (OTU), defining invariants such as radio, variance, dispersion and deviations through Tchebycheff theorem and the maximum of the inequality of Bienaymé-Tchebycheff. To develop this method it was developed the Computational Taxonomy, which allows grouping these units of taxa, based solely on their characters. This method is called "spectral method" because the final result is obtained spectra which are common to all members of a group or "cluster" or family, made up of a grouping or "clustering". Applied in Astrometry it had a mention in Astronomy as a new approach in moving celestial bodies: clusters, galaxies, asteroids, etc. Other: Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM), Intelligent Systems and Technology, Medicine and Botany, Information Technology and Communication (ICT) and Technology in Education and Technology Education (TE&ET). • Technical consultant of the projects "Enlargement of the System IBM/390", "Purchase of a equipment Continuum 620" and "Project of Technological Replacement in the Branches of the Bank" and of the "BUG Y2K" of the City Bank of Buenos Aires in the regulatory scheme of the Agreement between the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Buenos Aires and the Bank of the City of Buenos Aires. • Official expert designated by the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Buenos Aires, Computer Crime of Forensics Computer Science throughout the Nation. • Implementation of checks with magnetizable characters, CMC7, in continuous forms, for the first time in the Argentina. Since 1969.

• Installation of the Method of Access BTAM for the use of Telecommunication and Time Sharing. In the Center of Superior Studies for the Information Processing (CESPI) of the National University of La Plata, for APL terminals language, with Spaces of Work, under operating system OS/MFT with Trapping of the Nucleus without restarting them. • Implementation of the Interactive Graphic System with use of the intelligent system IBM 2250. This was one of the three Centers of Superior Studies on Information Processing of the world, with Canada and France, where the technology was installed, with the gas system, graphics software package. • Algorithmic Development and Software package for contribute at calculating matrixes that allows working with large matrixes with high accuracy (arrays of more than one million elements), using solely 200 kb of real memory, without virtual memory, for calculating eigenvalues and eigenvectors of Hermitical matrices; one takes the Householder method with an own theoretical original development, using the method of Sturm and Newton-Raphson-Fourier. This method, widely used in physics, allowed the publication of a number of works in the topic (and Thesis). Published in 1974.

• Design of ring structures to integrate SCD domains virtualizing physical structure to minimize the amount of information transmitted and the network nodes teleprocessing which was given the name of Informatics Belt. Application in a ring of 700 kilometers. Since 1987.

• Connection of nodes transmitting images for the implementation at the Royal Protocol in the territorial cadastre for the first time at distances as great as 700 km, within domains mentioned in Informatics Belt. Since 1987.
